THE FORD MUSTANG has been voted Europe’s most wanted classic car with 37% of those polled saying they would love to have the American sports car in their garage. Available as Saloon, Estate or Coupe, the C 63 AMG Edition 507 will cost from £66,960 (for the saloon) and £68,160 (for the estate and coupe), or at least it will until you start to bother the options list. But for the base price you do get a fair bit already, with the AMG Drivers Pack as standard – which gives you extra horses (500bhp) and a higher top speed (174mph) and a free day out at an AMG BASIC Training Power and Passion Event so you can learn to drive your new C63 properly. Yes, but it could be your next company car. Suzuki is on a mission to break into the car makers’ top ten, raising production from 2.4 to 3 million, and it needs a decent Mondeo-sized saloon, hatch and estate to help do it. The Kizashi launched at Frankfurt will be the saloon and hatch in 2009; this car - the imaginatively monickered Kizashi 2 - will be the estate a year later.
